I. Foundation Work - 3 Rounds, 20-Seconds Each

  • Weighted glute bridge

  • Bear Crawl

  • Kneeling chest press

II. Workout - 10-Minute Time Cap

  • 10 Goblet squats

  • 10 Step ups

  • 1-min. Cardio (Run or DB toe taps)

Goblet Squats

  • Set feet in your squat position

  • With the DB close to your chest, inhale as you push your hips back and down

  • Exhale as you stand, keeping your chest upright and the weight close

Step Ups

  • Inhale as you raise your foot to the object

  • Exhale as you push off the ground and stand all the way up on the object

  • Reverse the movement back down to the ground, switching which foot leads every rep
