We have foundational work and some conditioning today.

Foundational Work - 

3 Rounds:

10 Singe leg deadlift/leg

20sec Inclined single leg plank/leg

10 Deadbugs

MetCon 21-15-9

  • Jump squats

  • Modified burpees

Jump Squat 

  • Set your feet in your normal squat position

  • Inhale and push your hips back and down - push your knees out - chest tall

  • Launch yourself into a controlled jump, exhaling as you land

Modified Burpees

  • With either a jump or a step, lower yourself down to the plank position

  • Reverse the same movement to get back to your feet

  • Stand with a hop + overhead hand clap at the top

Remember to sync your exhale with your landing from the hop.

Scale back by placing your hands on an elevated surface if needed.
