We have foundational work and some conditioning today.
Foundational Work -
10 Singe leg deadlift/leg
20sec Inclined single leg plank/leg
Set your feet in your normal squat position
Inhale and push your hips back and down - push your knees out - chest tall
Launch yourself into a controlled jump, exhaling as you land
With either a jump or a step, lower yourself down to the plank position
Reverse the same movement to get back to your feet
Stand with a hop + overhead hand clap at the top
Remember to sync your exhale with your landing from the hop.
Scale back by placing your hands on an elevated surface if needed.
