What better way to start off the month than with a fun burner, am I right?!

5 Rounds:

10 alternating dumbbell snatch
1-minute run

DB Snatch
Use your legs and hips to drive the weight up, being sure to keep the DB close to your body on the way up and back down. Switch hands once the weight is on the ground - NOT in mid-snatch.

Find a speed that feels good for you and stick with that for all 5 of the running minutes. If you don't have space or ability to get out and run, use these subs:

-jumping jacks
-running in place
-high knees
-stationary bike
