4 minutes of work + 2 minutes of rest for 4 rounds:

-10 DB goblet squats
- 20 mountain climbers 2:1
-10 DB deadlifts
- 20 mountain climbers 2:1

16 total minutes of work doesn't sound HORRIBLE, am I right??

For the goblet squats, visualize your DB is your mama cup filled with wine straight from Sicily - don't spill my grapes! Sit back into your imaginary chair, push your knees east and west, and keep that chest up!

2:1 mountain climbers means that both legs has to have been driven to the chest before it can count as a single rep.

Remember to not go slack back on those deadlifts; keep your shoulders pulled back and down with your neck in line with the rest of your spine.

The goal here is to try to maintain in the same ballpark score range for all 4 rounds.
