Hey ladies! Let's get the week started off right with this AMRAP!

Use the push-up warm-up to get ready for this workout, or do your own. push-up warm-up.

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 50 skips
  • 7 plank walk out + pushup
  • 50 skips
  • 14 DB crush presses

With the rope skips, keep your ribs down - elbows close to the body - and a consistent brace through your core and pelvic floor. If you don't yet own a jump rope simply mimic the motion without it.

During the plank walkouts be sure to extend out to a full plank  and keep your shoulders directly above your wrists before busting out the pushup, and after the pushup be sure to stand all the way back up before going into your next rep.

For the dumbbell crush presses, glue the DBs together when at chest level and keep them that way all the way through the movement. Lock your elbows out at the top when you press the DBs up, and bring your arms all the way back to the floor so that your elbows touch the ground before going into your next rep.
