Rest (or do a little dance) as needed between rounds.
- 12 half kneeling DB overhead press/side
- 15 DB/KB swings
- 8 Plank walkouts with elbow to knee
This is a circuit style workout so that means perform 12 presses on each side, 15 swings, and 8 walkouts before you stop to rest. Repeat for 5 rounds.
Don’t worry about speed here. Make sure you’re practicing GOOD FORM with every rep, and using your breath to help you move the weight.
Translation= exhale as you push/exert yourself, inhale as you lower the weight/relax.
If you don’t have dumbbells yet - that’s fine! Use whatever you have around the house to get the job done.
