Sign up for The Postpartum Rehab Series –A small group strength and conditioning program geared toward moms who like to lift, hosted by postpartum strength coach Jasmine Cabrera.
This 4-Week postpartum series focus on:
- Breathing & Alignment- Core Work- Glute Activation
It starts with you learning connection breath and pelvic floor awareness. We then combine that with progressive bodyweight movements. Finally we add load, increase volume, and add dynamic movement.
Scalable to your abilities, geared towards helping you rehab your body, rebuild your foundation, and fire up your posterior chain.
Every session includes:warm-up, strength and conditioning, breathing work, and accessory work.
Sessions are accompanied by access to the online postpartum workout programming of GymlesslyFit for the duration of the program.
