The reason behind GymlesslyFit is simple; provide fitness access to every woman who wants to feel powerful and confident in herself, no matter her location or budget.
GymlesslyFit focuses in on us ladies who are in the postpartum season of life. Postpartum is forever in my book, therefore this program is ideal for women 18 weeks postpartum and beyond. (A special membership is in the works for those 6-17 weeks postpartum!)
How is GymlesslyFit Different?
Having a baby is epic.
The buzz phrases: "Get your pre-baby body back" "mommy tummy" or "mommy pooch" aren't used here. They do nothing but perpetuate the idea that something is wrong with your body. There isn't. You grew a human and your needs changed. Here we treat you as such.
You won't be thrown a hard workout and be expected to fall in line. Here you will learn about using your connection breath, your pelvic floor, strengthening your core strategically, exercising with diastatis recti, incontinence, POP, and much more.

how gymlesslyfit works
GymlesslyFit is an online membership-based community.
5 days a week a new workout is posted for members on a private page as well as a private Instagram account. The workouts generally only require a set of dumbbells and a resistance band.
In addition to the daily workouts, we talk about nutrition and healthy eating practices, pain management, hormone function, stress relief, and other stuff us moms deal with.
So many members consider this their “me time”.
The investment for GymlesslyFit is $20/month.
